The chalet is in a small cul-du-sac area and is surrounded by amazing views of the Chavanne.

The ground level of the chalet consists of a large playroom / TV room with sofas with double doors that lead out to a patio and front garden. There are two bedrooms which currently have two sets of bunk beds in them. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower and WC on this floor.

The first floor consists of a large open plan kitchen with lounge and dining area. The kitchen has a back door which leads out to the garden and the lounge/dining area has double French sliding doors which lead onto a large terrace and barbeque area.

There is a beautiful wooden spiral staircase which brings you to the second floor which consists of three bedrooms two of which have balconies and one of the rooms has an en-suite. There is also a separate bathroom with WC, Shower and Bath on this floor as well as built in wardrobes in the hall.

The property has a large driveway and a side garden with beautiful landscaped steps.
